Missing top navigation bar

Hello!
I have installed SuiteCRM 8 on XAMPP
PHP 8.0.15
Apache 2.4.52

(as a new user I cant give multiple screenshots, so I’ve put everything in one PNG)

By the installation guide I have enabled all necessary extensions an the installation ran smoothly. I even logged in successfully.
But I am missing whole Top Navigation Bar.

I can access modules if I type module name in the link (provided that I know a module name, example> Administration)> http://localhost/suitecrm8/public/legacy/index.php?module=Administration

But if I try to any of the modules I get an error

I dont know if the link itself is the issue, because I am accessing the platform through /public/legacy (i have no other option to access, everything else just gives me folder layout)

Welcome to the community :wave:! and thanks for trying out SuiteCRM 8.

Just a heads up: Windows environments is not officially supported yet, you may run into some issues, I’ll not be able to help with.

Are you able to access http://localhost/suitecrm8/public/?

public/legacy is there only to be used by the classic view, it should not be accessed directy. Thats the reason for not having the top navigation bar.

I have the same issue.
I have tried to change the document root of the virtual host to /public/lagecy/
But I do not get any navigation bar.

…/public/? is not found.

I already checkt the file und user rights.

any ideas?

Hey guy i just installed suiteCRM 8.3.0 in a vps (ubuntu) and the same issue happened to me, i cant access /suitecrm8/public/ it gives me a blank page but when i go to /suitecrm8/public/legacy i see the same interface as @tamara any news/updates ??
