No navigation menu, is it normal?

Most likely it’s related to the server config / permissions / corrupt installation files.

I had this issue every time i install suitecrm 8 on Ubuntu 20.04 Tried everything and the only way worked with me is to install through cli This time only it worked well and the navigation menus appeared normally.

Hello! I have installed SuiteCRM 8 on XAMPP PHP 8.0.15 Apache 2.4.52 (as a new user I cant give multiple screenshots, so I’ve put everything in one PNG) By the installation guide I have enabled all necessary extensions an the installation ran smoothly. I even logged in successfully. But I am missing whole Top Navigation Bar.
