Hi, I’ve upgraded to 7.5.2 and now I can’t see the dashlets in the home page as it displays the following message:
“You do not have access to this area. Contact your site administrator to obtain access.”
I am an administrator, I should be able to see the homepage. I have SecuritySuite installed, I’ve checked roles and permissions and I have a role named management with all the permissions included, I am a member only of this group, so I should have access to all parts of the CRM.
I have tried disabling some modules and see if it was something related to a particular module but as far as I have been able to test, disabling modules won’t get rid of the problem.
There are 3 entries in this forum with this message error, but I have not been able to solve the problem with the solutions suggested.
I have “repaired roles”, “quick repair and rebuild”, “rebuild relationships”, cleaned cache, resetted home page, user preferences, and reviewed permissions. I am out of ideas now.
Can anyone help with this problem???
