workflow condition on email answered or not

I just saw this video[1] of Paul. I was wondering if it is possible to add a condition before the call that the email is not answered (completely).

How would you know the email was answered or not?

You’ d need some trigger ie: lead stage or something to denote they replied back.

Honeslty, if you’re doing more complex workflows that are based on condtions of conditions ie: opened email, clicked a link, etc. , etc. Workflow in SuiteCRM is not the best choice. It’s gets extremely unruly really quickly and hard to manage and track.

Mautic syncs with SuiteCRM, is free and open source and is a great solution for automated marketing campaigns.

You can construct VERY complex automated email campaigns that are very easily managed and it’s all visual drag and drop. Here is an example:
