Stop receiving notification emails

Hi,

• We stop receiving notification emails when a record is assigned to a user.
• It already worked fine, I don’t figure out what has changed
• Other emails like “System-generated password email” or “Forgot Password email” are sent correctly.
• All users have the option “Notify on Assignment” checked.

Does anyone have a clue?

How to Turn Off/Disable Alerts Module

The solution above didn’t work for me, so I tried something different: I added a return; right after this line: so that the function returns immediately before setting any timers. Requires a Admin / Repairs / Repair JS Files and a hard refresh in the browser to take effect.

Understanding Scheduled Cron jobs (windows) & Suitecrm scheduler

Hello, I am trying to set up scheduled tasks and getting inconsistent results. Can anyone explain what the Windows scheduler has to do with Suitecrm Scheduled tasks? what does scheduling “php.exe -f cron.php” do in suitecrm? Should the Windows Scheduler be running before the Suitecrm scheduler? Thanks in advance. Dan
