Phone/Call integration in SUITECRM

Hi, I’m really stuck with phone call function integration in SuiteCRM 7 or 8. I have FreePBX, tried these multiple add-ons on marketplace, but none of them works. Dreamers at least try to help but anyway system don’t work even for test environment, not to say spending 1000 USD / year for it.
Has someone any working advice?

FreePBX settings can be hard to get right.

Have you tried asking the authors of the add-ons for assistance getting it right?

yes, Dreamers were responsive, but anyway, so much cli adjustments needed, so much core adjustments, and nothing. Also add on for v.8 is not operative at all. But we need to upgrade

I perceive that as diag tool for PBX, not as add on to SuiteCRM. I imagined that there is ready made telephone tool what I can just buy and use on CRM. In general I want to avoid use of softphones for sales reps, just push them working in one web environment, no need to deliver hardware, install any softphones, etc.

I just want to confirm we have the FreePBX CRM Link working with SuiteCRM 7.15.2 in production. If your issues don’t get solved. Please post details here and we may be able to walk you through. It should be noted we haven’t tested with SuiteCRM version 8.

Helpful hint don’t forget about this new flag.

A new configuration option disable_v4_api_query_where has been added. This option allows administrators to disable the v4 API query where clause. By default, this option is set to true, meaning the v4 API query where clause is disabled. To enable it, set the option to false in the config_override.php.
