If you already have FreePBX running, avoid trying random SuiteCRM add ons and first decide what you actually need from the integration. For basic click to call and call logging, it may be easier to connect SuiteCRM to FreePBX through its APIs rather than relying on a marketplace plugin. The SuiteCRM 7 vs 8 version also matters quite a bit, so check which version the add-on actually supports. If you can share the exact FreePBX version and what you need (click to call, incoming caller popup, call history, recordings, etc.), someone may be able to point you to a setup that’s actually working.
