Modules that does not have Audit (Change Log)

Notes Module is one of the modules that does not have an auditing, there is no Change Log that can be viewed. In the database as well, when you compare it to something like Leads it has leads_audit but Notes does not have a notes_audit.

Is there a possibility to make an Audit (Change Log) on Notes as well?
