missing navigation bar after upgrade to 7.2.2

Hi,

I upgraded from 7.1.5 to 7.2.2 using Installatron, and my data seems fine.

Problem is that the top, black navigation bar disappears at odd times, and makes it very hard to use.

It seems to be worse using Chrome.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Clear cache, Quick Repair & Rebuild(Admin -> Repair) and also check permissions.

I have done the Quick Repair & Rebuild. I have reloaded the pages in the browser, but not specifically cleared the cache. Thanks for that.

I am not sure which files are involved so need more information to check permissions?
