Hi everyone!

i install SuiteCRM 8.5.1 with evironment Ubuntu 22.04, apache 2.4.52, mariadb 10.6.16, PHP 8.3

i changed upload_max_filesize = 200M and memory_limit = 1024M,

When i install in web, i had received alert “LBL_ACTION_ERROR”

with log install is below

Move to PHP 8.1 or 8.2 and check again.

I forgot to write our server´s specifications:

1. Debian 12.4 (x86_64)
2. Nginx 1.25.3 as Reverseproxy server
3. Apache2 2.4.58
4. PHP-FPM 8.2
5. MariaDB 10.11.4
6. SuiteCRM 8.5.1

I´ve triyed all your recomendations, including permissions and software versions.

Check your logs

The two logs you need to know

these are now found under public/legacy

and also the log/prod/prod.log and your apache log.

Your problem is Linux / Web server configuration, but we need more clues to find out what is wrong…

You can try instal without Reserver Proxy, if install success, you will config reserver proxy in next step

This error is produced if you forgot to choose ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ for the required* installation option about populating the database with sample data.

Also, make sure that you have set correct permissions and ownerships for your CRM directory and files.

Another possibility is changing the Host Name for the database to localhost as this is how I’ve always seen it. I highly doubt this is the issue though.
