Instead of the “Opted Out” and “Invalid” check boxes next to “Primary”, can we have category checkboxes? For example: Web Technical; Web Non-Technical; Social Media; Analytics.

I can offer an alternative. You can use my solution (Solution for support three new fields types in Studio). It is universal because you can create your own module with any fields. You don’t need coding. But you will lose some of the SuiteCRM logic for working with email addresses. Now the solution works only for SuiteCRM 7.
