How to avoid duplicate entry in case while auto creating when new incoming email comes based on the subject

HI ,

how can we give unique subject name to avoid duplicate records in case module,
is there any way to avoid duplicate entry based on subject on case?

Here when any incoming mail comes case is creating but with same subject again any email comes again one more case is creating so here duplicate entry happening so I need to avoid duplicate case creation .
How can I do this one,any suggguestion from any one please ?

Instead of doing module loader and extra plugin or Duplicate detector ,is there any way to avoid duplicate records on CASES , because I need this duplicate avoid when any incoming mail comes with subject of This is Test mail case is creating but again with same Subject like This is Test mail any incoming mail comes it should not create one more case ,It should avoid that Case ,

How can I do this ,Please help on it ,
