French Translation Problems

Hi,

We are facing problem while we login in the French version which we have installed.

And i get this kind of problem

“SuiteCRM a été écrit et compilé par SalesAgility”

for all accent i get é

I have also noticed when the AJAX is enabled on the page, we get this problem on the Interface/Form

if i use the English language no problem. Appreciate if any one has faced similar problem and can suggest any solution

See this link French works but German not (on 8.0.1 and 8.0.3)

but I think the issue is not solved to a better solution.
