Duplicate Case - Replying to Case (create/udpate) email creates new Case

I have configured a Case creation from Inbox monitoring. Whenever an email is sent to the group mailbox, a case is crated. The account is tied to the case based on created contact.

When the case is updated, the notification is sent to the correct contact.

However, when a user replies to notification, a new case is being created, instead of updating the case.

The log of the cron job is showing some issues with not finding a match. I am new to SuiteCRM, but if you provide some pointer, I will be able explore more. Thanks in advance.
