Create custom action that will be called after login in Suite CRM 8

Hi,
I’m working on Suite CRM version 8.5.1.
I want to add two-factor authentication in SuiteCRM. When the user logs in, CRM will redirect the user to the two-factor authentication action. After the user successfully performs two-factor authentication then user can go to the homepage or any other page in CRM. Any help or direction for this?
For two-factor, I’m using Google authenticator.

Also, For now, I’m creating a static page that will populate after the login by following this

I want to create a Static Page just like in the About page in Suitecrm 8. http://localhost/#/home/about In SuiteCRM 7 I could create an custom entry point but in SuiteCRM 8 I dont know how to access it anymore.

but it’s not working for me, I’m not sure what’s wrong I’m doing with it.
