Can't create reports CRM V8

So I have 3 reports I have successfully created yet any time I try to create another report I can’t it comes up blank and it wont allow me to do anything.

The 3 reports I have that work are: Sales by Stage, Opportunities Lost and Sales Won

I am trying to create a report on tasks and when I create it I get nothing.
I have all my fields in I want to view in the report and no conditions as i need to see ever task and I get this blank screen and nothing comes up.
Can anyone tell me how i can change this or what I need to adjust please I need this report for management ASAP.

What they need to see is all sales staff and all the tasks they have so subject line and description the follow up dates, start date what account or opportunity its linked to and I have them set as by assigned user

It could be the same issue that you had few weeks back. Reorder the fields and try.
Remove Main Group to test.

Yes I still have not gotten them working no matter what other report I am doing. I have tried multiple different orders and less requirements etc with and without the main group but it wont allow me to create a 4th report im getting the above blank screen

Ok I have finally gotten the boxes to show up but no information is populating for anyone and I know I have at least 15 tasks im working on but nothing is coming up. Any suggestions on what i need to adjust to see I will put another screen shot on conditions incase i need to change them to get information populated

Also, did you try without having any function and group by on fields?

what do you mean select task stage i have it selected with the field don’t i?

Yes i have tried with no grouping and no difference

Yes everything that is on that list is a requirement that needs to be filled out for every task

I don’t understand your logic. Task Stage = Task Stage. That doesn’t make sense to me. Remove that and your report should work.

Are you sure you have tasks the meet the criteria? Remove all conditions and see what you get.

yip i do and removing it i still get nothing. evertything on this list is populated

That is very odd indeed.

Remove Accounts.

If that doesn’t solve it, that brings us to corruption in your install. Some things you can check:

  1. file permissions
  2. Error log
  3. server php log

I removed accounts and still nothing.
Can’t be corruption on the install when other reports are there and working

So, is it problem with only tasks module?

Did you add any custom fields or code for the tasks module?

If not, you can go to studio and reset the layout and try again.
