When using auto-import of emails, I saw that Sugar does not import emails if it’s marked as read in the imap mailbox before (https://support.sugarcrm.com/Knowledge_Base/Schedulers/Troubleshooting_the_Inbound_Email_Scheduler/)
Does SuiteCRM have the same behaviour ?
I will test it as soon as I have enough time for it but if anyone already knows the answer …
