zip file not uploading

Hi ,

I am upgrading my suitecrm from 7.3.1 to 7.6.4 and following the exact same steps given in the documentation but in 6 th step when it is asking me to upload the upgraded zip file package and after uploading its taking me back to the main page of suitecrm. Does anyone have any idea about this problem?

I don’t think that you can upgrade from 7.3.1 to 7.6.4

There should be at least one intermediate upgrade in between.
First you should upgrade from 7.3.1 to 7.4.3: https://suitecrm.com/component/dropfiles/?task=frontfile.download&id=53
Then from 7.4.3 to 7.6.3: https://suitecrm.com/component/dropfiles/?task=frontfile.download&id=95

Check the downloads section and you will see.

I followed the same steps u mentioned and i successfully upgraded it to 7.6.4 …thank u so much again.
