Zip error

ok thanks. I tried to upgrade using the Upgrade Wizard but I had an error :
ZIP Error(0): Status(9): Arhive(upload://SuiteCRM-7.10.4.zip): Directory(/home/*****/crm/www/cache/upgrades/temp/RLKu8c)

Do you know what it means ?

Hi. I moved this to a separate topic so we don’t spam the other users with notfications.

This can mean several things:

  • permissions not properly set in the upload directory

  • zip module not active in PHP

  • try clearing upload/upgrades so that the upgrade starts from a clean state

You have to install the upgrade package not the release package. Just download the zip file from here.
