The topic here is marked as solved (and I can not post there). As I understand it should be solved in current code. But I looked through current codebase (especially include/javascript/yui/build/yuiloader/yuiloader.js) and found no changes related to URL for YUI loading. Can someone give a solution for correct YUI loading/working over SSL?
There currently is no solution as of yet, but this issue has been log on github/bug tracker

YUI doesn’t support SSL so the files will need to be self hosted by the application.
