I am working on design the pdf template, the wysiwyg editor works prefect for the first time edit

but when I try to edit the template again, the wysiwyg editor not showing the latest design

I have to do a quick repair and rebuild every time after edit to show the latest design

I did change the permission of the cache directory to 777 but no luck

no error found in log
