wysiwig editor is not loading when accessing the PDF Template

I’m using chrome and Opera browsers and when I try to create a PDF Template, the WYSIWIG Editor does not load. I can’t load any fields or any sample data. What could be the problem. I’ve uploaded and installed the WYSIWIG extension By Urdhva Tech and it still does not work. Can anyone help?

Can you provide screen shots? What version of SuiteCRM are you running?
