Thanks for the useful forum where I usually find so much good information.
To add to that, it might benefit a lot of users if there was a workflow section where people can post examples of workflows they’ve created so that others might benefit too.

Yes, that would be nice. I just finished 3 workflows for the Case module.
Workflow 1: Send Email to Account after new case creation (once)
Workflow 2: Send Email To Account after case update (repeated runs)
Workflow 3: Send Email To Account after case closed (once)
I didn’t know much about how the workflow works so it took me two days to get it right, including getting the correct data (I have custom fields) and layout,
I’m pretty sure this could help some Suitecrm enthusiasts.
Perhaps we should start posting page shot of the workflow

I agree that is a great idea.
I am as well looking at ways to make the workflows work for us.
Examples can demonstrate possibilities. Users can share between each other.
I also second this idea.
