I’m getting down to creating a marketplace. While it’s a marketplace for content writers at a fixed price determined by simply asking them, I’m trying to understand how this can be accomplished.

Create 2 Users - Buyer and Seller
Each User creates individual accounts !?

Buyers - create quote, create an escrow, create a contract, create a project, create a resource for that project, deliver !?

Sellers - create an account, match to sellers requirement, pick a project and deliver.

Any suggestions !? I’m really late on this initiative. Could use any help I can get.
