Hi, I’ve set the following workflow for cases to send email to “Contact Created By” whenever there is an update on a case.
It works perfectly when we put first update on the case. But as soon I put second or 3rd update it repeats and sends the email with the content of the first update.
1 comment is “Hello” email received contents “Hello” as Updated text
2 comment is “Hi” Email received contents “Hello” as updated text
3 comment is “Fine” Email received contents “Hello” as updated text
so after the first comment, it somehow starts to repeat the first comment on all emails.
