Workflow rule to copy the lead email address into contact email address
I’m having the same problem at the moment. Did you ever find out how to do this?
If you’re talking about the moment when the Lead is converted into the Contact, then the Email is automatically transferred, along with all the other compatible fields.
No, I’m talking about building a workflow that converts some leads automatically.
I set the status to converted and create a contact and an account with the info from the lead.
all the fields are there to copy to the contact/account except the email field…
I’ve just came across the same issue but it seems to be already fixed:
There is a checkbox in the Workflow for it.
