Workflow not working properly


Recently, I created a workflow that will send am email to specific field agents when a specific status/disposition is selected. The workflow only works for Leads created in the CRM, however, bulk of the Leads with the specific disposition needed for the workflow are from data import/uploads. I was quick to realize that the workflow is not processing all the imported/uploaded Leads except if the Lead was modified.

All suggestions are welcome.
