Workflow not working properly

Hello,

Recently, I created a workflow that will send am email to specific field agents when a specific status/disposition is selected. The workflow only works for Leads created in the CRM, however, bulk of the Leads with the specific disposition needed for the workflow are from data import/uploads. I was quick to realize that the workflow is not processing all the imported/uploaded Leads except if the Lead was modified.

All suggestions are welcome.

Are you still having issues with this?

What version of SuiteCRM are you on, by chance?


I believe, up until 7.12.2, Workflows were not built to run on records created via the Importer


However, it looks like this is now an option:

So you should be able to make use of this if you upgrade to 7.12.2!
