Workflow NOT triggering 2 mins. after lead is created

My needs are as follows:

I would like to trigger an e-mail follow-up 2 minutes after the lead is input into the system. Attached is my workflow, but it is not working. My workflows are set to run every minute in the cron.

Leads Date Created Less Than or Equal To Date Now - 2 Minutes

Hi unitedcoachways,

It could possibly be because you have the Run on value as “Modified Records”
So, unless the Lead is modified, the workflow won’t fire.

If you change it to “All Records” and try it, does the workflow fire?
