Help. I created a workflow that modifies a field of the call only if the condition is satisfied. the workflow is activated only on save. unfortunately it doesn’t work.
if i put it on alway it works. but onlysave doesn’t work.

Try checking with any other condition on the same module.
Try removing the “condition” temporarily and check logs for any message at the time it runs.
i tried with other conditions and also on other modules. it seems that only save workflows never work
Maybe they are running, but your action is not working for some reason.
Try to use a simpler action, like changing a field in the same record where the Workflow is running.

Everybody has trouble running Workfows from Schedulers, you’re the first person I see who has trouble getting the other ones to run (on save)…!
I suggest you check both your logs for any messages at the time that the Workflow runs.
