Workflow never wait whenever i made invoice reminder then at the same time automatically i used to get the reminder in my mail. i want after two days the reminder but workflow never wait for it.
Scheduler not working even after setting the cron job in my cpanel.
I set this in my cpanel to check for daily reminder but not working
0 0 * * * cd /home2/xxxxs/public_html/xxxxx/itcrm/new; php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1
what may be the issue like permission(if permission then how to resolve it) or country location issue like i can see in my log its US/chichago timing
I am using window and suiteCRM 7.7.1 version
