Workflow Module Advanced Search missing workflow module field option

Hi Suite Forums :cheer:

I noticed that the advanced search for workflow does not contain the option to filter by ‘Workflow Module’ field.
Is this possible to do?

Hi,

I don’t think its possible completely out of the box, but you can make this possible with a very minor change.

If you find the location:
/modules/AOW_WorkFlow/metadata/

Add a blank php file called “studio.php”

Then, in the CRM, run a Quick Repair and Rebuild.

This should add “Workflow” to studio, (Which can be found in Admin > Studio)

Then, from here, you can edit the Search Layout, and add this field to it.
