Workflow modify field not working

I have set up a workflow that is triggered when an email is received

It has an action that should updated the related case but is not working :frowning:

The workflow is being triggered but the case is not being updated

I have attached a screenshot of the workflow

Can anyone see if I have made a mistake setting this up

I’ll check/confirm to see if this is a bug, or if this functionality does not yet work.
