Hi all
I am integrating SuiteCRM with another feeder system.
I have created a procedure which gets the contacts from the other system and directly enters them in SuiteCRM database.
I have created a custom field in SuiteCRM which has a value Yes/No.
At the first moment that the contact is entered in the SuiteCRM database it has the default value No.
I have created a workflow, which has to send an email to the contact every time one contact is registered in CRM and also update the above field to Yes.
The workflow is as attached, but it does not trigger anytime, so it does nothing.
Could you please help me understand why the workflow is not being triggered?
Also could you please suggest is there is anyway to trigger it?
