Hello boys i was doing some modifications to my SuiteCRM i i wan to do the follow workflow

Went any user close a Oportunity with the Status CLOSE WON i wanna that automaticly a Workflow send a email template to the contact of that opportunity (CLIENT)

Or
Make a TASK for the user (employe) that need to complete to remeber that have to send a email to that client.

But i would like have the frist option.

Any idea.

Hi there,

You would simply create a workflow to run on ‘modified records’, set the condition for the sales stage to be ‘Closed Won’ and then create an action and select ‘Send Email’ and then specify the relate field in the ‘To’ email field option.

i cant send the email to the Contact in that opportunity SuiteCRM dont let me choose Contact as a option
