I try to export workflows from one system to be imported in another system, but the exported csv file doesn’t contain both the condition and action. Just the basic information.

Yes, you would need to move not just AOW_Workflow table, but also AOW_Actions and AOW_Conditions …
If you are doing this from the database, you should be able to achieve what you want. But if you are trying to do this from the UI, then I don’t think it’s possible, sorry…
