Workflow emails are truncated (field text is missing)


I am writing this email after spending a significant amount of time on trying to resolve the issue.

The issue is: when a workflow email is sent, it doesn’t have full text of the case update.

For example, if the case text is “Working with the customer”. The email only has the first word “Working” and that is it.

Can anyone tell me what is the resolution of this problem?
