Hi, I’m trying to make a workflow that sends an email to all records that are created by an API user. I added an email action to send to the Record Email and saved the Workflow.
However I found that the emails were not sending. When I went back to the Workflow, I found that the email address section was no longer filled in - as if it had never saved.
There are no errors in suitecrm.log
Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug in the software?
I’m having the exact same issue. I create the workflow, and in the actions panel select Send Email, click the + icon to add an email address (or user, I tried both), and click save. Immediately go back and edit the workflow and that email address/user is gone, but the rest of the workflow saved properly.
I found out that my workflow does send the intended emails, I just need to re-enter them every time I edit the workflow. Just so you know, you might be able to get it to work temporarily until a fix is proposed.
