Workflow bases on email template used

Hello guys,
I have various email templates setup and depending on the template used the followup phone call will be either the next day or in a week or two. Is there a way to make a workflow create a task is email template 1 is used?

You may be able to do something similar by creating it yourself,
However, this is not something that appears to be available out of the box.
