Workflow and Modified By

Hi, I have a workflow that modifies a field on a note when it is saved. The workflow changes the Modified By Name value but I would like to keep this field set to the user who made the change. Is there a way I can do this with the workflow, I tried adding Modified By Name ->Field->Modified By Name to the action but to no avail…

hmm interesting problem I don’t think there is anyway round this issue just now. But we will take note of it.

Thanks Andy,

Removing the Assigned To user from the workflow seems to have helped. Not sure if the are any consequences to doing this.
