Went into Admin and repaired Roles and quick repair, repaired schedulers, checked cron is running once a minute,
This particular workflow doesn’t work now even as an Admin.
Any errors in the log when it fails?
Also, as a last ditch effort, try just creating a new workflow from scratch and deactivate the one that’s not working.
See if the newly created one works. I’m stumped, it works perfectly for me. Haven’t tried a different user role though. If I can squeeze it in later today I’ll give that a try.
I got it working. Hard to say exactly what fixed it. I wonder if Workflows don’t get used much as they’re pretty fidgety to set up.
What I finally did was delete all the target lists and workflows and started from scratch.
Seems to be working now ok. Still testing but looks promising
