I did a search but the explanation I found was still not clear. I have a Workflow for automatically creating tasks when a case is assigned to a user. So this Workflow’s Module = Cases. I’m unclear on what will be the different result when unchecking the “Relate to WorkFlow Module” option in the actions. What difference does it make?
if you are create task within a workflow where the module is cases, and there a relationship between tasks and cases, if it is checked then they will be related by this relationship, if unchecked then no relationship will be created. If there is no relationship between them then it make no difference.
