Why does a Target remain as a Target after being converted to a Lead?

Hi All,

Why do Targets remain as Targets when I convert a Target to a Lead? Shouldn’t a Target become a Lead and be removed from the list of Targets?

There is a specific setting for Lead conversion under Admin->System Settings, but I don’t see any to option decide what to do when converting a Target.

Maybe this can be easily implemented by looking at how the Lead conversion works.

I guess some people will want it to stay as a Target, and when in doubt, not deleting data is the best option :slight_smile:

I would try a Workflow to delete Targets that have been converted.
