Your SuiteCRM version please?

Do you have any security settings that might be preventing display?

Do oyu have any errors in your logs?

Version 7.9.8

Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344);

I Use $focus_event = new Meeting(); to save the details.

The meeting is shown in schedule meeting list but not reflected in the SuiteCRM calender.

Oh, you’re using custom code, I didn’t know that.

Must be some problem with your code. Try comparing how meetings are created in the database when you do it from the UI, and make sure your code creates exacly the same…

Is it feasible to give a out line of details that must be given to the meeting object to save the details to the db?

I really don’t know. I’ve just looked in the database with phpMyAdmin and maybe you can try creating the associated records in

meetings_cstm
meetings_users

it’s possible that with these missing, something about the query in the calendar fails. You should have a message in your suitecrm.log, though. Maybe raise the log level to DEBUG to get more info.
