I am Installing SuiteCRM 7.9.4 on Win Server 2012 64-Bit with SQL Server Standard 2012 and wile installing and on Creating Database getting attached error and installation stop Please advice how to resolve.

Don’t create the database yourself, let the installer do it. Maybe try deleting any existing database and restart the install.
I don’t have experience with MS Sql, it’s hard to help. Make sure your version is within the allowed versions:
With MySQL being free, very capable and the DBMS that SuiteCRM was developed with, I’m curious why users insist on using another DBMS. It just introduces another layer of potential conflict.
