SMTPmart, Brevo, Mailjet and Mailgun are good options for sending bulk emails.
For lower volume (a few thousand) I would use Sendgrid. Great long term experience with them, but they get pricey as volume goes up.
AWS is the volume king. Super cheap per send. HOWEVER, they are also VERY strict. If you don’t pass all their compliance checks or too many spam reports you’ll be banned.
I use Mailgun, as a business we have a subscription that we sell portions of to various clients. It works well, is reliable and support is excellent.
