Where to set up/configure/write classes for columns in listview?

Hi!

I was looking thru everything for an answer to quite simple question as it seemed.

Is there a possibility to assosiate a string of css class with a field (from custom module, or built-in module), so that this class would be used for listview?

I know I can change style.css for a Theme (at least this should work), but I do not know where to set the class itself, for example for “datetime” field.
I see in HTML code that the “class” is being used for

element, although it is empty.
That makes me think that this is a possible feature that can be implemented.

I apreciate any information, hit or url to page or a topic where it was discussed!

So noboby ever faced this task - to be able to link css class for a field or a table in list view?

This issue either is bloody simple and I just dont see it
Or it’s bloody impossible, and nobody dares consider looking through possible ways to understand the way of approaching the idea to start to resolve it :)))
