I have successfully istalled the suitecrm latest release (suitecrm max) on my vps.
It is running well, but i am lost as how to set it up?
when i headed to user guide it starts with AOS , which i dont know what is of my use.
I just wants to get started as some user guide or documentation which elborates each module in suitecrm
So that i can setup the software to actually make use oif it. something like some step by step guide for administrators to setup the system and push it to working stage.
Also when i headed to admin settings, there are a lot of settings available, out of which i was able to configure email settings as that were pretty straight forward.
When i added employee users , i could not select the report to field. as each time i click on Report to field, i was only displayed admintrator user. no other users.
similarly i cant make use of groups and roles to assign them to users as no user info available to select except admin account created during installation
Now i want to setup
- Employee users and their access levels (departmenmt wise)
- different subsidiaries of the organization (currently three )
- setup workflow as what should happen when a lead come, and what should be the standard process which takes it to each levels.
and i really need some comprehensive doc which actually walks me to the feature rich software to make use of it
please help guys
i am new to suite / sugar crm
However i worked over Infusionsoft, Netsuite softwares . so crm concept is clear. but i just want how to configure the system to actually drive the business
