Where is the Upload File button on the Create Case page?

I am sorry if this has been asked before. I searched but didn’t see anything helpful.

I just installed SuiteCRM 7.14.3 on my Ubuntu 20.04. Things are rolling fine.
I just wanted to use only the Model Cases to track issues. However, the Create Case page, there is no button to upload an attachment file – which is necessary for my work process.

I looked at Devloper Tools > Studio > Cases > Layout > Edit View, there is Updates: Attachment Form in the layout panel already. Is this thing responsible for doing the file upload function on the Create Case page? If so, why it is not showing up.

If not, what I need to do next so that I can attach files to a case.

** I tried Version 8 too – didn’t see a File Upload button either.
