Where is email body. I’ve tried everything.

Something went wrong to your instance. Here are several tricks you try before permanent fix.

  1. Do a Quick repair.
  2. disable ajax mode for whole CRM, using these lines in config_override.php
$sugar_config['disableAjaxUI'] = true

If your problem persists, you need to come up these information.

  1. SuiteCRM Version
  2. PHP Version
  3. Mysql Version.
  4. SuiteCRM.log, bug related lines.
  5. apache.log, bug related lines.
