Where doesn Suitecrm 7.12 save the reports data in the tables

You won’t find the actual data of the report in the db, but you can look for the sql-queries that are used to built a report. The queries are not saved as a whole, but are split up and stored in the tables aor_fields, aor_reports, aor_conditions, aor_charts (not sure if there are even more).

Hi, thank you for responding. is there a way I could find the report SQL which I can store and run from phpmyadmin later? like raw SQL perhaps.

Yes, as said, the queries are spread across those aor_-tables. I’ve also seen (store and community) addons/extensions that allow you to preview the query from the report or alter it before saving, but I would have to search myself here.
